I created a grid by rotating the same unit in the top, front, and right view in 0, 90, 180, 270, and 360 degrees. According to which direction the unit is rotated, I separated and numbered the sides from 1 through 4. Throughout my aggregations, I maintained the rule of attaching side 1 with 2, and side 3 with 4. In the two-directional matrix series, I used the top aggregation of each pair as the main unit while deconstructing the bottom one. In volumetric cluster, I used the same method to the z axis.
